Santa Monica Pier
01.2022It’s a new year and this 2022, we're going to venture out and explore Southern California more. Our first attraction is the Santa Monica Pier. Arrived early before the crowds formed. A bit chilly but a gorgeous morning. Then, we headed to Korea Town for some lunch.

Griffith Observatory
01.2022With the twins finally fully vaccinated, we decided to visit. Parking wasn’t so bad but of course, we were there just as the doors opened. Be sure to bring your vaccination card otherwise you won’t be able to enter the observatory. Afterward, we enjoyed lunch at Downtown LA at HanChic and had dessert at MilkCow.

San Diego Zoo
04.2022Drove south on a Saturday morning to visit the San Diego Zoo. Prepare for a hike. Bring comfy shoes as this place is huge! Enjoyed the exhibits, double-deck bus tour, and the aerial view from the sky tram.

LA Zoo
12.2022A wonderful time bonding with family at the LA Zoo. Our cousins from Northern California paid us a visit and generously treated us to a trip to the zoo.

Anza Borrego State Park
4.2023If desert hiking isn't your preference, it's advisable to choose a different park to visit instead of exploring Anza Borrego State Park. This particular park primarily offers vast stretches of land, captivating metal art, and hot weather, without much else to offer.

Seoul Sightseeing, South Korea
6.2023Embarking on a journey to Seoul aboard the high-speed KTX bullet train, we ventured into the bustling Lotte World Adventure theme park on the most vibrant day, Korea National Holiday. We also made a visit to a Buddhist temple in the heart of the city, marveled at the panoramic cityscape from the observation deck of Lotte, the tallest building in South Korea, and immersed ourselves in the captivating exhibits and historical artifacts at the War Memorial Museum.

6.2023Our cherished haven where our family resides. Embraced by delightful weather ranging from the mid-60s to 70s, we relished the opportunity to unwind and partake in simple pleasures together. Bowling sessions, accompanied by scrumptious pizza and fries, became moments of shared joy and laughter. We savored heartfelt meals with our closest family members, cherishing the bonds that tie us together.
